I’m absolutely floored by the nomination, and Gordon, Em, and I couldn’t be more proud to be considered alongside so many other incredibly well-crafted, beautiful works of sonic art on the nominees list.
For my part, Fossil Echo’s score is a real labor of love for me, and seeing it get recognized by my colleagues and friends has been absolutely amazing.
In celebration of the nomination, I’ve put the soundtrack on sale for $4.99 on Bandcamp! 🙂

(Special thanks to my good friend Michaela Nachtigall for lending her phenomenal violin to the score!)
In addition, I’m super pleased that a TON of my Materia friends got nominated for their work in the new “Best Game Music Cover/Remix” category, and I was nominated for my arrangement of Jessica Curry’s transcendent main theme to “Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture”, “All the Earth”:
Special thanks to Kristin Naigus, Ian Martyn, Laura Intravia, Elizabeth Zharoff, Bonnie Bogovich, and Garry McLinn for their stunning performances. You are all absolutely wonderful people. Thank you, SO much.
